RC which stands short for radio control airplanes, helicopters, and cars have come a long long way over the decades. At first, there was the Streak Control Line Profile Model Airplane using a Fox 35. gas powered engine. These were heavy planes designed to be controlled only with 2 strings coming out of the wing, one controlling the up elevator and one down elevator.

In the current years, technology has gotten so advanced, remote control is a wireless system utilizing an antenna to broadcast a radio signal from a controller to the vehicle. Using power systems such as brushless motors and powerful lipo batteries, the fun of RC has taken a whole new turn in this century.
