Largest RC Model Planes
We wanted to put together a top 3 of the largest, most impressive RC MODEL PLANES from around the world. We have added video links to watch them in action, we were very impressed with what we found from our research.

The problem with designing and building a giant RC plane is making it actually aerodynamic and able to be easily controlled from the ground. The feats of engineering we have placed below are actually beyond impressive.
Number 3:
The Worlds Largest Concord RC Plane Model:
An enormous Concorde replica that flies surprisingly smoothly. The video is not in English but there are plenty of shots of the plane taking off, landing and cruising with ease. We loved the sound it made taking off as well. The video was taken from the Jet Power 2019 event in Genderkingen/Donauwörth, Germany.
Stats for the plane:
- Scale: 1/6 , large, impressive and scaled with a person makes you really appreciate the engineering greatness.
- Wingspan of over 4 meters, the length of two average adults

Listen to the sound of the engines prior to take off!!! The speed of take off and cruising is also impressive. The colour and attention to detail of this F16 replica is truly amazing. The video is of its maiden flight….plenty of fun guaranteed for future flights/shows with this RC Model Plane. Great military RC Plane.

Number 1:
Top of our charts of 3 is this monster.
This Mig 25 Scale model is the largest in the world. It’s take off and overall flight stability throughout the video was sublime. The video credits someone called Clinton as piloting, so definite hats off to that guy! Just listen to the roar of those turbines as the plane takes off majestically!
The planes overall look and detail helped it gain a place in our top 3! Its Twin Turbine power really helping the plane carry itself effortlessly into the air.
